Mounting System

 

The entire product range is available in three variants:

Pole - Fixed (Standard)
Pole - Mobile Trailer Mounted (Special order)
Pole - Tilt-down (Special order)


The standard system is available as a fixed heavy duty pole - Specifically designed for ecovision. The pole comes with specific and exclusive features and are specifically engineered for our requirements.

A special tilt-down version is available as an option, however it is much heavier duty than a standard tilt-over pole and the cabinet base is much taller for specific structural reasons.  A normal off the shelf tilt-over pole cannot be used.

The Trailer mounted mobile system, also specifically designed, includes various features made specially for purpose.  Unlike another non-renewable energy based road trailer mounted camera on the market, the ecovision trailer system is terrain capable, i.e. fine over speed bumps.  Perfect for temporary events, anti-crime campaigns, open area road shows, construction projects, etc.

Bases
The pole can be mounted on a pre-installed base of 1.4 (L) x 1.4 (W) x 0.75 metres (D), or on our Pre-cast concrete surface mount base.  For sites that are to have a concrete base dug & civil engineered into the ground, we will provide the root base which needs to be set into the concrete as it is being poured and set.

Pre-Cast Surface Mount Base
For locations that are temporary (e.g. road works) or where it is not possible to dig out for a base (e.g. airfields or steel platforms) we have a Pre-manufactured flat-surface mountable base, which is 1.6 x 1.6 x 1 metre in size with the root pre-cast.  The Pole can simply be lifted and bolted on.

Note:
Both fixed Pole systems are also available in a special Export version.  This version comes in 2 parts, the top section specifically designed to slide onto the bottom section using a unique design and allowing for placing in smaller containers for export to keep container size & shipping cost down if absolutely necessary.
 

 

 

Special Projects

 

For special projects.  If the application requires the possibility of modified mounts, we will consider custom designing depending on the quantity or situation.

Please ask if you have a special application that you think may not be covered by the pole or trailer mounted systems.

Please note: 
Mounting renewable energy based systems that incorporate wind generation near to or on buildings is not recommended, a guide is included with every system.  We can discuss your requirement and let you know what is possible and what isn’t.  We will never compromise on quality or reliability and will be very open with you at all times.
